- Accounting Operations
Prepares vouchers for disbursements and invoices.
Prepares payouts for dropshippers, suppliers and affiliates.
Prepares the monthly reconciliation on bank and other asset accounts.
Computes costing for inventory.
- Financial Reporting
Provides accurate and timely monthly/quarterly/annual schedules to the Accounting Supervisor/Manager.
Prepares monthly summary of income statement accounts.
Assists in financial management and reporting activity.
- Tax Planning and Legal Compliance
Prepares tax schedules and returns in compliance to tax laws and requirements.
- Additional Tasks
Performs other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- With or without experience but with experience is an advantage.
- Strong focus on accuracy and precision in handling financial data, recording transactions, and preparing financial statements.
- Effective time management and the ability to prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
- Clear and concise written and verbal communication.
