• Content Planning:

Help plan content that supports both immediate project goals and the brand's long-term vision.

• Campaign Concept Development:

Develop and present big ideas that serve as the creative foundation for entire campaigns, ensuring they resonate with client goals and drive the project's storytelling and visual direction.

• Teamwork and Idea Sharing:

Collaborate closely with directors and the team to generate new ideas and collaboratively address storytelling challenges.

• Managing Projects and Feedback:

Juggle multiple writing projects simultaneously, ensuring quality. Participate in post-production reviews to ensure scripts align with the final video.

• Aligning with the Brand:

Modify current content for videos to maintain consistency with the brand’s tone. Assist in creating related marketing materials.

• Creative Direction and Shoot Leadership:

Lead the creative vision for projects by directing video shoots and providing strong guidance to ensure the final product aligns with project goals and storytelling objectives.

Skills Required:

• Video Production Experience:

Understands the process and workflow of creating videos from start to finish. At least 1 year work experience.

• Communication:

Effectively conveys ideas and collaborates with team members to ensure a smooth production process.

• Scriptwriting:

Skilled at creating engaging and structured written content for various video projects.

• Storyboard Creation:

Can translate ideas into visual outlines to guide the video production.

• Well-versed in Research Methodologies:

Capable of gathering and using accurate information to enhance storytelling.

• Marketing:

Has knowledge of marketing strategies to help align content with brand objectives. Updated with the latest marketing trends and strategies.

What Success Looks Like:

• Efficient Storyboard Drafting:

Consistently produces storyboards within a maximum of 5 working days that might require a maximum of only 2 revisions, showcasing a clear understanding of project goals and creative vision.

• Weekly Storyboard Creation:

Maintains the ability to create at least one high-quality storyboard within a maximum of 5 working days, demonstrating effective time management and creative output.

• Creative Direction:

Provides insightful and innovative creative direction, ensuring the
project's storytelling is compelling and aligns with the brand.

• Supervising Shoots:

Capable of being present and involved in the team’s shoots, guiding the creative team to achieve the desired narrative and visual outcomes.

• Team Leadership and Communication:

Effectively leads and communicates with the creative team, ensuring all post-production needs are clearly understood and met.

• Active Brainstorming Participation:

Actively contributes valuable ideas and perspectives in brainstorming sessions, which occur approximately three times a week, fostering a collaborative and innovative atmosphere.

• Campaign Conceptualization:

Successfully develops big ideas and marketing strategies for clients without the need for any revisions beyond the second submission to the client, serving as the guiding creative direction for entire campaigns and achieving campaign objectives.
