The Purchasing Assistant will be working closely with the Finance team to determine budgets for purchasing products, the types of products to buy and the progress of inventory shipments. One would need to be proficient in purchase, supply and inventory management. The position requires good client service skills to collaborate with different departments, support managers and work with vendors and reliable contractors. The assistant also needs clerical skills to prepare, procure and track orders, maintain accurate purchase records and file reports.
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Business and/or Finance
- Must have at least 2 years work experience
- Proficient in computer applications and document programs
- With sound interpersonal skills and a flexible attitude
- High level of moral and work ethic, as well as organizational skills
- With excellent client relations skills
- With excellent written and oral communications skills
- Applicants must be willing to work immediately, full-time in Pasig City for School Year 2025-2026.
- References must be immediately available.
