- Manage and maintain the company's network, including routers, switches, firewalls, and other network devices.
- Provide technical support for IT infrastructure, including servers, storage, and backup systems.
- Diagnose and resolve network and infrastructure issues quickly and efficiently.
- Implement and monitor network security policies to protect company data.
- Create and maintain network and infrastructure documentation, including network diagrams and operational procedures.
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or Telecommunications from a reputable university.
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar network and IT infrastructure position.
- Knowledgeable in TCP/IP concepts, internet applications, and network & SDWAN (Fortinet).
- Proficiency in Windows, Linux.
- Fluent in English, both verbal and written.
- Strong communication, analytical, and time management skills.
