- Oversee financial operations, reporting, and compliance
- Prepare and present financial reports with key insights for management and help improve profitability and operational efficiency
- Analyze and improve financial workflows and processes.
- Oversee tax filings and ensure compliance with all regulations.
- Manage accounting operations, ensuring accurate records and timely financial closes.
- Act as a strategic partner in driving financial success across the company.
- Manage relationships with key stakeholders like Principals, E-Commerce Partners, IT, and others
- Lead and develop the finance and accounting team.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (Master's or CPA preferred).
- At least 5 or more years of experience in finance, accounting, and tax, with managerial experience.
- Knowledge of tax regulations and financial reporting
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Experience with financial management software (ERP), Oracle
