- Lead and supervise marketing communication team to ensure project delivery and team performance targets.
- Build and manage relationships with media, customers, and communities through PR events, customer engagement programs, and brand activation activities.
- Coordinate creative and media processes, including agency selection, ad production, media buying, and post-campaign evaluation.
- Monitor brand visibility and competitor activity through media tracking and reporting.
- Prepare press releases, handle press conferences, and respond to media inquiries as company spokesperson (with management approval).
- Collaborate with business units or partners to create co-branded campaigns, product bundling, or promotional programs.
- Drive CSR initiatives and support the company’s social responsibility agenda by engaging with local communities.
- Support executive communication needs, including preparation of key messages and internal publications.
Minimum Qualifications
- Min. Bachelor's Degree
- At least 5 years of experience in marketing communication, brand, or PR
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong project management, stakeholder engagement, and leadership capabilities.
- Creative, detail-oriented, and responsive under pressure.
