- Install, configure, and upgrade Oracle databases and related tools.
- Monitor database performance and tune databases for optimal efficiency.
- Perform regular backups and ensure data recovery strategies are in place.
- Manage database storage structures and user access.
- Apply patches and updates to database systems.
- Design and implement security measures to safeguard data.
- Automate routine database maintenance tasks using scripts.
- Troubleshoot and resolve database-related issues.
- Work closely with developers and system administrators to support application development and deployment.
- Maintain documentation related to database configurations and processes.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in any major (Teknik informatika, Teknik komputer, Sistem informasi, Teknologi informasi is preffered).
- Minimum 1 years of working experience as a Database Administrator or related fields.
- Experience in Oracle Database Cluster (RAC) installation and configuration.
- Experience with backup & recovery using RMAN, Oracle Performance Tuning through AWR log analysis.
- Experience in Oracle security (user roles, privileges, auditing, data encryption).
- Experience with Oracle RAC, ASM, Performance Tuning, Active Data Guard for replication, high availabilty, and disaster recovery).
- Experience in monitoring Oracle Database performance using tools like Oracle Enterprise Manager (OEM) Dynatrace, FogLight, Elastic, or built-in monitoring to ensure app health and implement fixes as required.
- Experience in Oracle SQL, PL/SQL, for scripting and automation.
- Experience in patch management, database upgrade, and migrations.
- Having an Oracle Certified Professional (OCP) for Database Administrators is preffered.
- Good understanding of data security principles, rules, and responsibilities
