Sales Director  

• Manage and oversee the organization’s sales operations.
• Manage entire sales workforce and manage Horeca and Modern Trade channels
• Responsible for designing plans to meet targets, developing relationships with clients/customers, and evaluating costs for selling products and services.
• Responsible for developing growth sales strategies, tactics and action plans and its successful execution.
• Drive sales growth in Horeca and Modern Trade channels.
• Drive profitability, operational efficiency and deliver on the revenue and share parameters.

Education:

Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Experience:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Modern Trade or the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) industry.
• Demonstrated track record of success in sales, consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Proven experience in one or more of the following roles: Sales Executive, Sales Manager, Sales and Marketing Director, or Head of Modern Trade.
• Experience leading and developing high-performing sales teams.

Skills and Abilities:

• Ability to communicate, present and influence all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level
• Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
• Proven ability to articulate the distinct aspects of products and services
• Proven ability to position products against competitors
• Demonstrable experience as head of sales, developing client-focused, differentiated and achievable solutions
• Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
