Job Description
BAP RM Commercial Banking is 1 (one) year training program that prepares fresh graduates to become a proficient Commercial Banking professionals. The programs involved intensive classroom, on the job learning, and coaching by subject matter experts. Graduates of this BAP program will become to build and maintain relationships with the company’s clients and customers.
Minimum Qualifications
- Min. Bachelor Degree from reputable universities (preferable Engineering, Economic/ Management Major)
- GPA min 3.00 of 4.00
- Fresh Graduates or max 2 years professional experience
- Good analytical thinking
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Target oriented and interested in sales role
- Fluent in english writing and verbal
- Willing to relocate through Indonesia
