Job Description
- Native Indian Speaker (Hindi, English, Tamil, Telugu)
- High School graduate / Diploma / Vocational / Bachelor's Degree
- Conversant in English
- Experience working in a BPO setup is preferred but not required
- Strong analytical and planning skills
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Sales experience is an advantage
Minimum Qualifications
- With at least 6 months experience in Sales in a BPO set up
- Establish contact to assigned leads/clients through outbound calls, Emails, SMS and Chat while following the required contacting procedures.
- Consistently achieve business targets.
- Adhere to compliance and other regulatory requirements within the role
- Create and maintain customer relationships with potential clients
- Actively contribute to team’s success through achieving Key Performance Index (KPI)
- Keep detailed records by regularly updating the CRM and other official data files according to the set standards and requirements.
- Willing to work onsite in Makati City, Philippines
