Quality Assurance Engineer  

1. Design test cases based on functional and non-functional requirements.
2. Perform manual or automation testing for API, web and mobile applications with medium complexity.
3. Conduct basic API testing using Postman (CRUD testing, basic security, response validation).
4. Execute simple SQL queries for data validation purposes.
5. Collaborate with Developers and Product to understand business requirements and formulate testing scenarios.
6. Perform regression testing, smoke testing, and sanity testing.
7. Contribute to the improvement of QA documentation (test scenarios, test plans, test results)
8. Perform detailed bug reporting and ensure defects are properly resolved.
9. Ensure QA processes follow internal standards and simple audit principles
10. Simulate production issues to replicate real conditions, analyze system behavior, and identify root causes to ensure product quality and prevent recurrence.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field; or equivalent practical experience.
  
  Professional Experience:
• 3–5 years of hands-on experience working as a Quality Engineer / QA Analyst / Software Tester.
• Proven experience in projects related to supply chain or payment systems, including understanding of workflows, integrations, and business processes within those domains.
• Experience with a variety of different testing techniques such as UI Testing, Postman
• Experience with automation tools (Robot Framework, Selenium, Appium, Cypress) is big plus
• Experience with query sql and basic security
• Understand the concept of performance testing (JMeter, K6).
• Experience using CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI).
• Understanding of risk-based testing and QA metrics.
