- Analyze requirements, specifications and technical designs then provide feedback
- Develop a software testing plan based on priorities
- Identify problems found and then make a report when the problem has been resolved
- Perform regression testing on software with minimum qualifications
- Reviewing related documents for testing such as test cases or UAT documents that have been created by team members
- Testing on various devices (Android, iOS, desktop web, and STB) to ensure the software can be used without any problems on different devices
- Review reports related to customer complaints and non-conformity issues before forwarding them to developers
- Evaluate the adequacy of quality assurance standards
- Responsible for developing team competencies (for example providing assignments or sharing knowledge)
- Have experience conducting testing on WordPress, Shopify, and E-commerce based websites
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree – Computer Science/Information Engineering or similar field of study or equivalent practical experience
- Have 3 years working experience in the same industry or as a software developer
- Proficient in the field and have communication skills (verbal & written) in English
- Have knowledge and skills about tools, concepts, quality assurance strategies, and QA methodologies
- Have extensive knowledge regarding technological developments and application testing
- Have discipline in carrying out tasks so that they can be completed on time
- Have the ability to manage and monitor the work of team members
