- Manage and optimize paid ad campaigns across Meta, Google Ads, etc to drive performance and meet business goals.
- Conduct market, audience, and competitor research to identify new strategies for testing and scaling campaigns.
- Implement A/B testing, audience segmentation, and bid optimizations to enhance efficiency.
- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics using analytics tools and ad platforms.
- Collaborate with the Creatives and Customer Relations teams to test and refine ad content for better engagement and conversion.
- Assist in budget tracking and provide data-driven insights and reports to support strategic decision-making.
- Stay updated on industry trends, platform updates, and competitor strategies to recommend new opportunities for growth.
- Support search engine optimization (SEO) efforts, including keyword research, on-page optimizations, and performance tracking to improve organic visibility and website traffic.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or a related field.
- Extensive experience in media buying, digital marketing, or performance marketing, with a proven track record in managing Meta, and Google Ads campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and other ad performance tracking tools.
- Expertise in A/B testing, audience segmentation, and bid optimization, with a solid understanding of consumer behavior and market trends.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Copywriting skills are a plus.
