Lead end-to-end proposal preparation, including pre-bid meetings, document submissions, and contract negotiations. Collaborate with internal teams (technical, finance, legal) to develop competitive bids. Maintain a database of upcoming government and enterprise tenders, ensuring timely participation. Build strategic partnerships with technology providers, resellers, and industry stakeholders to strengthen service offerings. Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify trends and opportunities. Represent the company at government forums, ICT conferences, and networking events.
