Generate leads through online channels, fieldwork, referrals, and events

Conduct outbound calls and in person meetings with merchant owners and managers to pitch services and close deals

Manage the entire merchant acquisition process, including follow-ups, contract signing, onboarding, and compliance checks

Collect, review, and upload merchant documents; encode information into the platform
-
Train merchants on workflows, apps, and portals as needed
-
Provide partners with updates, marketing materials, and support to address inquiries or concerns
-
Maintain activity and progress trackers; prepare and submit reports
-
Collaborate with internal teams and participate in meetings to share updates and ideas
-
Meet and exceed individual and team performance targets
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Entrepreneurship, or any related field
- Fresh graduates with relevant internship experience and solid academic background are welcome
- At least 6 months experience in sales, account management, or business development
- Strong presentation and personality, good communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Comfortable with fieldwork, merchant visits, and client-facing activities.
- Must be residing in Metro Manila
