Human Resource Specialist

Duties and Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process for assigned roles
• Partner with Hiring Managers to understand manpower requirements
• Develop sourcing strategies and build talent pipelines
• Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience

Employee Experience & Engagement

• Support onboarding and employee integration initiatives
• Assist in planning and execution of employee engagement activities
• Help strengthen workplace culture through meaningful programs and communication initiatives

Employer Branding

• Support recruitment marketing and employer branding initiatives
• Help position the company as an employer of choice across recruitment platforms and social media channels

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business, or related field
• At least 2–4 years of experience in Recruitment and/or Employee Engagement
• Strong experience in end-to-end hiring and sourcing
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Organized, proactive, and highly collaborative
• Experience in retail, fashion, or creative industries is an advantage
