Job Description
- Collaborate with the team to plan and execute events including but not limited to in-store events, sponsorships, workshops, masterclasses, and roadshows with retail partners.
- Co-develop and manage event timelines, budgets, and logistics from initial concept through to completion.
- Provide support in sourcing, negotiating, and securing vendors, venues, and other necessary resources to ensure successful event execution.
- Serve as one of the main point of contact for retail partners, vendors, and internal teams, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure all events align with overall brand strategy and goals.
- Oversee on-site setup, execution, and breakdown, ensuring events run smoothly and attendees have a positive experience.
- Helps prepare post-event reports, analyzing event performance against objectives and KPIs.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 year experience in event planning or brand coordination, preferably within the cosmetics or beauty industry.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office is a plus.
- Creative problem-solving abilities and a keen eye for detail.
