Responsibilities:
- Lead Technical Projects: Oversee the development, design, and implementation of technical projects and ensure timely delivery.
- Architectural Guidance: Develop and maintain technical architecture to support scalability, performance, and reliability.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and manage a team of developers and engineers, fostering skill growth and teamwork.
- Technical Problem-Solving: Analyze complex technical challenges and provide solutions that are aligned with best practices.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure that code and systems meet high standards of quality, security, and performance.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with project managers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to ensure technical requirements are met.
- Technical Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of system architecture, code standards, and development processes.
- Technology Evaluation: Keep up with new technologies and evaluate their potential benefits for the bank's systems.
Minimum Qualifications
Requirements :
- Minimum of 2+ years’ experience (Mid-level Developer)
- Excellent knowledge of using one of the Tech-Stack : Java (Java Spring Boot), ios (swift), Javascript (Nodejs/ReactJS/Nextjs), Android (Kotlin)
- Experience on deploy mobile apps to Play Store and Apps Store
- Familiar working with Git
- Have a knowledge of SDLC (Waterfall dan/atau Agile). Have an experience using Agile methodology would be plus
- In-depth knowledge of mobile App submission
