- Provide basic technical support for hardware, software, and network-related concerns.
- Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer systems and peripherals.
- Troubleshoot and resolve basic IT issues under the guidance of the IT team.
- Support user account creation, password resets, and access management.
- Assist in maintaining IT inventory and documentation.
- Help monitor and maintain computer systems, printers, and other office equipment.
- Participate in system upgrades, software installations, and IT projects.
- Document technical issues, resolutions, and procedures.
- Perform other IT-related tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
Minimum Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field
- Willing to render the required internship hours
- Eager to learn, detail-oriented, and a team player
- Basic knowledge of computer hardware, software, networking, or programming is an advantage
Location: Ortigas, Pasig City
Schedule: Onsite | Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
