Job Description

  • Handles the recruitment process, which includes sourcing, screening of resumes, scheduling of interviews and/or examinations, checking of examinations, maintaining of candidates database, providing recommendations for job offer or employment contract and conducting background check;
  • Responsible for creating job posts and job ads in various recruitment and social media platforms, participation in job fairs and other applicant-generation efforts.
  • Works with departments to determine the responsibilities, qualifications and requirements needed for the job vacancies to create manpower requisitions;
  • Assist new hires and employees with work station requests, COE requests, responds to inquiries on various HR related concerns, liases with different departments and other HR admin related tasks;
  • Conducts new hire orientation and onboarding related activities;
  • Handle post-employment process, which includes clearance completion and submission of attendance report to Accounting for final computation of last pay;
  • Responsible for employee engagement with the use of the COL employee FB group and assists in the preparation and implementation of employee engagement activities and company events / functions;
  • Prepare, implement and maintain HR online forms and HR processes updating; and
  • Performance such other duties as may be assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
  • At least 1 year of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition; fresh graduates with internship experience may be considered
  • Familiarity with job portals (e.g., Kalibrr, Jobstreet, LinkedIn) and applicant tracking systems
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Highly organized with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines
  • Detail-oriented with good judgment and discretion
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); knowledge of Google Workspace is a plus
