Do you enjoy teaching people, solving real problems, and helping others feel confident using new technology? Are you someone who can simplify complex ideas and make learning feel easy and approachable?
As a Digital Training Associate, you’ll guide clients from onboarding to everyday success with UTAK POS. You’ll work closely with business owners and their teams, helping them understand the system, answering real questions, and making sure they feel supported every step of the way. Beyond training, you’ll also help improve how we onboard and support MSMEs as we continue to grow.
- Client Onboarding: You’ll help new clients get started smoothly by guiding them through setup and early product use.
- Training Delivery: You’ll conduct 1-on-1 and group training sessions that are clear, practical, and easy to follow.
- Product Education: You’ll explain key features, benefits, and real-world use cases so clients can confidently apply what they learn in their daily operations.
- Client Support: You’ll answer questions, help troubleshoot issues, and provide simple solutions that help clients navigate the system confidently.
- Make the Product Click: You’ll break down complex processes into easy-to-understand lessons for both tech-savvy and non-tech-savvy users.
- Client Engagement: You’ll regularly check in with clients to support ongoing learning and ensure they continue getting value from the product.
- Training Improvement: You’ll gather client feedback and help improve training materials, processes, and delivery methods over time.
- Cross-Team Collaboration: You’ll work closely with product, support, tech, and sales teams to stay aligned on updates and client needs.
- Organization & Tracking: You’ll maintain accurate training records, client progress notes, and feedback to keep operations organized and efficient.
- On-Ground Support: You may visit client stores or locations when needed to conduct in-person trainings and better understand their operations.

- Customer-Focused: You care about creating a positive client experience and making sure clients succeed with the product.
- Proactive & Reliable: You take initiative, follow through on tasks, and stay on top of client needs without constant supervision.
- Highly Organized: You can manage multiple trainings, schedules, and records while staying detail-oriented.
- Tech Comfortable: You’re confident using Zoom, digital platforms, and productivity tools in your day-to-day work.
- Mission-Driven: You’re excited about helping small and local businesses across the Philippines grow through technology.
- Bonus: You’re familiar with POS systems like UTAK POS or similar products.
