Brand Officer

Not Your Average Marketing Job

Most marketing roles hand you one brand and a checklist. This one hands you three — and the room to actually shape how they show up in the market.

Agent Image is the go-to web design and digital marketing partner for top real estate professionals across the US. Under our roof, we're also growing two more brands — Redux Labs and Access — and we need someone sharp enough to lead marketing strategy across all three without losing the plot on any of them.

If you've been waiting for a role where "strategist" and "operator" aren't two different job titles, this is it.

Why This Role Is Worth Your Shot

Real ownership, not just execution. You'll set the marketing direction for three distinct brands.

Work that touches everything. Digital, social, email, web, events, partnerships, sales enablement — you'll have a hand in all of it.

Direct line to leadership. Your insights and reporting go straight to decision-makers, not into a black hole.

Fully remote, Manila-based. Work with a US-facing company from home

Room to build, not just maintain. You'll get to establish the processes, governance, and structure that don't fully exist yet — this is a "build it your way" opportunity, not an inherited machine.

The Role in a Nutshell

As Brand Marketing Director, you'll lead marketing strategy, campaign execution, and brand consistency across Agent Image, Redux Labs, and Access. Agent Image is your home base, but you'll also steer the marketing direction for the other two — making sure each brand has a distinct identity, a clear audience, and campaigns that actually move the needle.

You'll work hand-in-hand with creative, content, SEO, web, sales, and leadership teams — translating business goals into marketing plans that drive awareness, leads, retention, and growth.

What You'll Actually Be Doing

Lead brand marketing strategy and execution across all three brands

Keep messaging, visuals, and voice consistent (and on-point) across every channel

Shape brand architecture and sharpen how each brand is positioned against the others

Own the marketing calendar — balancing priorities, deadlines, and resources across a busy portfolio

Partner with leadership to turn business goals into marketing plans with teeth

Collaborate with creative, content, SEO, web, and sales teams on assets that actually convert

Support product, sales, and partnership teams with positioning, launch materials, and collateral

Review and approve marketing output — you're the last checkpoint before it goes out

Dig into campaign performance and turn data into decisions leadership can act on

Build scalable systems for managing requests, approvals, and brand governance across the portfolio

Mentor marketing contributors and offshore team members as the team grows

How You'll Know You're Winning

Agent Image, Redux Labs, and Access each have sharper, more consistent market positioning

Campaigns launch on time, with tighter cross-functional coordination

Marketing is visibly fueling lead generation, sales conversations, and business growth

Leadership has real visibility into priorities, progress, and performance across the portfolio

The marketing function runs with more structure, accountability, and efficiency overall

Ready to Lead?

If you're a strategic thinker who's just as comfortable in the weeds as in the boardroom, we want to hear from you. Apply now and help shape how Agent Image, Redux Labs, and Access show up in the world.
