<h3>Essential Duties and Responsibilities:</h3>

<ul>
	<li>Manage Accounts Receivable, including collecting unpaid invoices.</li>
	<li>Respond to client emails, handle phone calls, and address high-level tax questions. </li>
	<li>Schedule appointments and meetings for both the team and clients, </li>
	<li>Conduct new client assessments and maintain organized spreadsheets</li>
	<li>Take detailed meeting notes and ensure accurate documentation.</li>
	<li>Prepare and send engagement letters, proposals, invoices, and completed tax returns, and obtain e-signed tax returns.</li>
