We are seeking a Digital Marketing Operations Specialist (HubSpot Expert) with 5+ years of experience to build marketing systems, execute high-impact campaigns, and support scalable marketing operations for both internal teams and clients.

You will serve as a go-to expert for HubSpot and marketing operations, driving automation, analytics, content development workflows, and cross-functional process optimization with both strategic and hands-on contributions.

Position Overview

	<li>Own the configuration, optimization, and governance of HubSpot (workflows, automation, lists/segments, forms, CRM settings, tracking, dashboards, reporting).</li>
	<li>Maintain and improve the MarTech stack; ensure system reliability, data cleanliness, documentation, and scalability.</li>
	<li>Build, launch, and optimize multi-channel digital campaigns across social, search, and email.</li>
