- Handle Customer Inquiries Regarding Sea And Air Freight Shipments.
- Coordinate With Clients, Shipping Lines, Airlines, And Internal Operations Teams.
- Monitor Shipment Status And Provide Timely Updates To Customers.
- Prepare And Verify Shipping Documents And Shipment Details.
- Assist With Import And Export Documentation And Shipment Coordination.
- Resolve Customer Concerns And Provide Excellent Customer Service.
- Coordinate Shipment Schedules, Cargo Arrivals, And Delivery Updates.
- Maintain Accurate Records Of Customer Transactions And Shipment Details.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- With experience in the freight forwarding or logistics industry.
- Experience in sea freight and air freight is preferred.
- Knowledge of manifest preparation or processing is an advantage.
- Familiarity with import/export procedures and shipping documentation.
- Good communication, coordination, and customer service skills.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work under pressure.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and email communication.
