Production Supervisor  

Develop daily and weekly production plans aligned with customer demand and capacity.

Organize workflow, allocate production lines and manpower, and assign tasks to meet delivery targets

Monitor production output, adherence to schedules, and resource utilization.

Supervise, train, coach, and mentor production staff to achieve performance and safety standards.

Conduct daily briefings, enforce work discipline, and address attendance or performance issues.

Promote teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement culture on the floor.

Enforce safety rules, proper use of PPE, and compliance with company and regulatory standards.

Conduct routine inspections to ensure product quality and process compliance.

Escalate quality deviations, safety risks, and operational concerns promptly

Monitor machines, workflows, and material flow to identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies.

Implement corrective actions to reduce downtime, waste, and rework.

Support continuous improvement initiatives and basic Lean practices.

Maintain accurate production records, inventory usage, downtime logs, and manpower reports.

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports for management review.

Track basic manufacturing KPIs such as output, efficiency, scrap, and downtime.

Coordinate with Maintenance for preventive maintenance, repairs, and machine availability.

Work closely with Quality and Warehouse teams to ensure smooth material flow and release of finished goods.

Education & Experience

Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Industrial Engineering or a related field.

Minimum of two (2) years in a supervisory role within a manufacturing environment.

Lean Six Sigma exposure is an advantage but not required.

Technical Skills

Production planning, line balancing, shift scheduling, and manpower allocation.

Understanding of manufacturing processes, machinery, and quality control systems.

Familiarity with basic manufacturing KPIs and production reporting.

Proficiency in spreadsheets, ERP systems, email, and messaging tools.

Work Conditions & Physical Requirements

Willing to work on-site at Golden Mile Business Park, Carmona.

Frequent presence on the factory floor.

Ability to stand for extended periods and wear required protective safety equipment.
