- Analyze and determine supply & production requirements based on sales orders and target inventory level
- Track and monitor production performances of all plants.
- Close coordination with the plants regarding production & inventory management
- Monitor and adjust schedules to meet unforeseen conditions
- Participate in production and supply planning meetings by providing updates and support issue discussion
- Maintain accurate records of supply data, including volume, types, and quality of products
- Prepare supply reports and keep the management informed about supply/production status
- Oversee inventory management and place orders as needed
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor’s degree in any 4-year course, preferably Industrial Engineering or a related engineering field
- Basic to intermediate proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Excel; familiarity with ERP systems is a plus
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good organizational skills
- Detail-oriented, deadline-driven, and capable of working in a fast-paced setting
- Highly self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work with minimal supervision
