- Coordinate import shipments and purchasing administration
- Communicate with suppliers, freight forwarders, and internal teams
- Track shipment schedules and follow up on delays or issues
- Prepare and maintain shipping and import documentation
- Update product, supplier, and shipment information accurately
- Assist with purchase orders, reporting, and operational administration
- Maintain spreadsheets and internal systems with high accuracy
- Support the buying and supply chain teams with day-to-day coordination tasks
- Help ensure products are delivered accurately and on schedule
- Work across multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced retail environment
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Intermediate to advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Comfortable working independently in a remote work environment
- Reliable internet connection and suitable home office setup
- Previous experience in administration, purchasing, logistics, import/export, retail operations, or supply chain is highly regarded
- Ability to work Australian business hours
