• Recommend solutions to clients in order to achieve their financial objectives (medium to long term investments, protection, education funding, retirement funding, estate planning, etc)
• Guide existing clients in making wise financial decisions across different life stages
• Develop business by acquiring and building individual and corporate clienteles
• Manage, develop, and train a group of financial consultants.

Minimum Qualifications and Experience

Training and Coaching: A proactive approach is essential, as candidates must demonstrate a willingness to undergo training and coaching to enhance their skills and capabilities.

Residency in Greater Manila Area: Candidates must be residents and employees in the Greater Manila Area, ensuring local presence and familiarity with the regional context.

Online Meeting and Training Availability: Successful candidates should be available for online meetings and training sessions, highlighting adaptability to virtual work environments.

Four-Year College Degree: A prerequisite for this role is the completion of a four-year college degree, emphasizing the importance of higher education in the selection criteria.
