- Conduct olfactory evaluations and document results.
- Prepare fragrance samples and application trial and conduct stability testing if needed.
- Maintain accurate records of formulations and procedures.
- Organize and maintain laboratory supplies and samples inventory.
- Quality control of incoming and outgoing items.
- Prepare comprehensive technical reports.
- Ensure compliance to regulatory and statutory requirements.
- Ensure calibration of equipment.
- Provide technical support to sales and clients.
- Ensure proper filing of technical document and records.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Technology, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or any related field.
- Experience in a fragrance or cosmetic laboratory setting is an advantage.
- Basic understanding of chemistry concepts.
- Knowledge in good laboratory practices.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Experience as a lab assistant or in a technical support role in the fragrance or related industry is advantageous.
