- Prepare flavour samples and technical documents for client requirement.
- Conduct sensory evaluations and record results.
- Maintain accurate records of flavour formulations, testing procedures, and results.
- Support the development and optimization of flavour prototypes.
- Collaborate with the flavours development team to troubleshoot issues and refine formulations.
- Organize and maintain laboratory supplies and equipment.
- Prepare and manage samples for internal and external evaluations.
- Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards in the laboratory.
- Ensure a clean and organized work environment.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Food Science, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
- Preferably with experience in food and beverage industry, manufacturing and laboratory.
- Basic understanding of flavour chemistry and formulation processes.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Experience as a lab assistant or in a technical support role within the flavours or food industry is preferred.
