Merchandising Officer  

The Merchandising Officer is responsible for supporting the overall performance of assigned brands by developing and implementing merchandising strategies that drive sales, optimize inventory, and enhance product availability across retail stores. The role involves merchandise planning, sales analysis, inventory monitoring, forecasting, pricing, and promotional activities in coordination with internal departments and suppliers.

• Develop and implement merchandise plans aligned with sales targets and business objectives.
• Monitor sales performance, inventory levels, and product movement to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Analyze sales data and market trends to support demand forecasting and inventory planning.
• Coordinate with suppliers and internal departments regarding product availability, pricing, promotions, and deliveries.
• Assist in developing and executing merchandising strategies covering product, place, price, and promotion.
• Monitor inventory turnover and recommend appropriate actions to minimize overstocking and stock shortages.
• Evaluate product performance and recommend assortment adjustments based on sales trends and customer demand.
• Prepare regular sales, inventory, and merchandising performance reports for Management.
• Coordinate with retail stores to ensure proper product presentation, availability, and implementation of merchandising plans.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by Management.
