Key Responsibilities:

		<li>Ensure the smooth and efficient process flow within the fabric, accessories, and cut goods warehouses.</li>
		<li>Supervise and coordinate the activities of warehouse personnel to meet targets and deadlines.</li>
		<li>Lead and manage warehouse staff, ensuring productivity and adherence to company policies.</li>
		<li>Ensure that all warehouse policies and procedures are properly implemented and followed.</li>
		<li>Propose and input ideas for improving warehouse operations and efficiency.</li>
		<li>Secure and safeguard all stocks, inventories, records, and documents.</li>
		<li>Monitor and manage the inventory of fabrics, accessories, and cut goods, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.</li>
		<li>Prepare and send fabric inventory reports (RPRO: Manual) to the Production Manager.</li>
		<li>Update and maintain Google Sheets for fabric monitoring and issuance per collection/style.</li>
		<li>Receive and review marker plans from CAD, ensuring all necessary fabrics are available for preparation and issuance.</li>
		<li>Monitor fabric availability in the warehouse, follow up with CAD for marker requests, and ensure timely issuance to cutting.</li>
		<li>Collaborate with other Departments, including but not limited to Purchasing, Merchandising, Quality Control, CAD, and Cutting, to discuss issues, resolve problems, and enhance overall warehouse operations.</li>
		<li>Oversee the disposal of old stock fabrics, end cuts, and cut-ends, ensuring proper procedures are followed.</li>
