Installation Engineer  

The Installation Engineer is responsible for the technical execution, coordination, and quality control of interior installations across residential and commercial projects. The role involves translating architectural drawings, shop drawings, and technical specifications into accurate, high-quality installations on site.

The Installation Engineer will install modular cabinets, wardrobes, wall panels, furniture, doors, glass windows and doors, curtains and blinds, and other architectural interior products. This role requires strong spatial reasoning, technical understanding, attention to detail, and the ability to troubleshoot site conditions and installation issues in real time.

The ideal candidate is hands-on, technically minded, and comfortable working on construction and interior fit-out sites. They should be able to identify discrepancies between drawings and actual site conditions, coordinate with contractors and other trades, and ensure that every installation meets the required dimensions, alignment, functionality, and finish quality.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Civil, or related field) — fresh graduates welcome; OR equivalent technical/vocational training with hands-on installation experience
• Experience working with a furniture supplier, cabinetry shop, or interior fit-out company is a plus
• Familiarity with quality control standards for finished carpentry work is preferred
• Basic knowledge of electrical/plumbing coordination points relevant to cabinetry installation (e.g., cutouts for appliances, sinks) is an advantage
• Strong spatial reasoning and ability to read and interpret technical/architectural drawings
• Meticulous attention to tolerances, alignment, and finish quality
• Skilled in the use of hand tools and power tools (drills, jigsaws, sanders, levels, etc.)
• Analytical mindset for troubleshooting on-site discrepancies
• Willingness to work across client sites in Metro Manila
