Operations Department Head  

Oversees overall production operations to ensure efficient, timely, cost-effective, and quality-compliant manufacturing. Manages production planning and scheduling, production costs, equipment maintenance, and process improvement while ensuring compliance with Quality and Food Safety Standards, HACCP, GMP, 5S, Environmental, Health and Safety requirements, and integrated management systems. Monitors operational KPIs, analyzes production performance, implements corrective and preventive actions, maintains accurate production reports, manages workforce productivity and development, and coordinates with other departments to achieve operational targets and continuous improvement.

• Graduate of any Engineering course; preferably a licensed Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical, Electronics and Communications, or Industrial Engineer.
• At least five (5) years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing plant.
• Knowledgeable in production operations, manufacturing processes, equipment maintenance, and preferably beverage manufacturing.
• Knowledge of Quality and Food Safety Management Systems, HACCP, GMP, Environmental, Health and Safety standards, and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Strong leadership, people management, planning, problem-solving, communication, and decision-making skills.
