Responsible for leading and overseeing maintenance activities within the assigned Business Unit to ensure the reliability, availability, and optimal performance of production facilities, utilities, and equipment in a cost-effective manner. The role ensures compliance with technical, legal, environmental, quality, and safety standards while supporting plant operational requirements and aligning maintenance activities with corporate strategies.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering; alternatively, a higher degree in Industrial Maintenance with 10+ years of relevant experience.
- At least 5 years in industrial maintenance management, preferably in food, dairy, or aseptic manufacturing, with experience in team leadership, troubleshooting, and maintenance programs.
- Knowledge of TPM, RCA, RCM, preventive/predictive maintenance, Lean Manufacturing, OEE/KPIs, ISO, HACCP, GMP, CMMS/SAP PM, and budget management.
- Certifications in Maintenance Management, Reliability Engineering, TPM, Lean Manufacturing, or Project Management are an advantage.
- Advanced English (C1); Spanish (B1–B2) is an advantage.
- Requires initial training in Aranda de Duero, Spain.
