Manages brand P&L, portfolio strategy, product positioning, and pricing while forecasting volume, securing budget approvals, and driving business-building programs. Leads cross-functional execution of marketing campaigns—overseeing TV, print, digital, and event production—and collaborates with internal and external stakeholders to enhance market share and profitability. Analyzes sales performance, market trends, and consumer feedback, leveraging research agencies to identify growth opportunities. Supervises and appraises direct reports, maintains workplace safety and organization, and performs other duties assigned to support organizational goals.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing or Business Administration.
- At least three (3) years of experience handling FMCG brands (preferably beverage) in brand management or trade marketing management.
- Experience in Alcoholic Beverage (beer or hard liquor) in the General Trade channel is an advantage.
