The Manager for Physical Asset Security (PAS) is responsible for the following: Building and sustaining a pro-active PAS management culture Providing functional leadership in PAS Ensuring that effective governance and programs are established and continuously improved in AP Providing oversight and advisory function on the effective implementation at business and functional levels to ensure alignment of purpose and consistency in management approach Promotes the progressive professional development of functional leads in PAS Ensuring that the management program aligns with business objectives and goals Develops practicable performance measures and targets in the attainment of short and medium term goals in PAS Develops programs to address requirements for PAS improvement Oversees the BUs’ level of PAS conformance and compliance on corporate, legal & statutory requirements Advises on due diligence studies in support of business de velopment initiatives on brown and greenfield projects with regards to operational PAS risks

Assists Head of IT security by leading the efforts of Identity and Access Management Plan, develop and implement an Identity and Access Management program with policies and procedures. Manage user access to systems, applications, and data. Monitor compliance with policies, regulations, and customer requirements. Train and educate users on their roles in establishing an effective Identity and Access Management program.

The Technical Compliance Specialist is responsible for the licensing, accreditation and documentary & technical compliances of the Company and other Business Units with the relevant agencies, including but not limited to, the DOE, ERC, PEZA, BIR and BOI. The position will also assist in fulfilling the documentary compliance requirements needed by the Retail Energy Services and Solutions Team as necessary for such projects and transactions with the same external stakeholders. The position is also responsible for maintaining AdventEnergy and APX’s registration and compliance with PEZA. The Technical Compliance Specialist will facilitate and secure with the DOE the Solar Energy Operating Contract (SEOC) of each APX solar project. The position will also assist in securing with the ERC the corresponding Certificate of Compliance (COC) for each APX project needed in the commencement of its operations.

The Market Research and Analysis Supervisor acts as the tattletale of the Wholesales Team and is responsible for gathering information which can be used to tailor sales efforts or determine which features are seen as a priority to target wholesale customers. The position holder supports the AVP in driving capital structuring, risk management, and financial planning for Aboitiz Renewables. The role focuses on execution, ensuring that financial strategies are implemented efficiently while aligning with 1AP Treasury for banking and funding operations. Liaise with 1AP Treasury and ARI Project Development and Execution Teams to ensure seamless and timely Corporate and Project Financing exercises Oversee risk and liquidity management strategies to ensure financial resilience. Lead engagement with banks, investors, and financial institutions to secure funding. Work closely with 1AP Treasury to align financing strategies and ensure seamless execution. Develop and recommend trade and liquidity management solutions, including but not limited to SBLCs, bank guarantees, bonds, notes, multilateral facilities, and syndicated financing structures Lead execution of structured financing strategies, ensuring optimal funding sources and cost efficiency. Analyze market conditions to identify innovative funding opportunities and manage financial risks.

Financial Consolidation Specialist ensures the accuracy and integrity of a company's financial data and reports. The position plays a critical role in ensuring accurate financial reporting and analysis for a Company with multiple subsidiaries and associates. The primary responsibility of this position is to consolidate financial data from various entities within a Group to present a comprehensive and accurate picture of the Group’s financial performance and position. The role requires ensuring that financial reports are accurate and comply with accounting standards and regulations as a publicly-listed conglomerate. This position collects and review financial data from varioussources, including subsidiary companies and departments, consolidate the data into a single report or financial statement, and analyze it for accuracy and completeness. The position also prepares financial reports for management, investors, and regulatory bodies, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and PSE/SEC rules. The position also implements and maintains financial consolidation and publication software systems, develop and implement financial policies and procedures related to consolidation, and provide training and support to other finance team members on financial consolidation processes and procedures.

The position is responsible for establishing well-built solutions and data architectures that helps teams develop the product on time, on budget, and ensures that it solves the problem it was designed to solve. AP IT Business Analyst is primarily responsible for the end-to-end process of eliciting, articulating, and analyzing business requirements for technology projects. This includes facilitating requirements gathering and documentation, ensuring alignment with project objectives, and translating business needs into actionable project scope and requirements. They collaborate closely with project owners, project managers, and solution architects to define technical architectures and data integrations, while also producing essential project documents like Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) and Functional Requirements (FR). Additionally, they assist in the approval process of these documents and review vendor deliverables for third-party projects. Beyond requirements management, the AP IT Business Analyst contributes to quality assurance and project support, providing input on project planning, coordinating process design and test scenarios, and participating in User Acceptance Testing (UAT). They also focus on continuous improvement by providing insights for process enhancements and developing visual representations of business processes. Furthermore, they conduct business process assessments and offer recommendations based on current systems to address business needs. They are expected to adhere to company policies and standards, including ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and ISO 55000, and ensure project compliance with information security policies.

The position holder is responsible for supporting the development processes and preparing for handover to Project Execution all committed Wind energy projects of ARI within agreed timeline and budget with a primary focus on delivering technical studies, project scope, and desktop analysis. Outcomes Expected and Responsibilities: To identify suitable locations, conduct micro siting surveys, provide inputs on the design following relevant international standards, and monitor actual installation of wind measurement devices i.e., meteorological masts and wind LiDAR. Assist in managing operations of installed measurement devices and monitoring wind data to ensure high recovery rates and data quality. This may involve troubleshooting issues and collaborating with contractors for solutions to ensure continuous receipt of wind data. Conduct wind energy assessments, including statistical analysis of wind data, optimizing WTG layouts, wind flow modeling, and evaluating losses and uncertainties. To assist in the evaluation of suitable wind turbine generators for the wind projects. To help design in streamlining the processes involved in the conduct of the wind resources assessment. Oversees and coordinates the provision of multi-discipline engineering services, both internal resources and from external consultants, for the identification, investigation, feasibility design, and detailed design of green-field wind power projects or optimization of existing plants to achieve the best solution in a cost-effective manner. Advance the development of assigned projects to construction-ready status by managing the following process and activities to ensure timely completion and cost-effective and competitive results of Wind Projects. These include but are not limited to: Desktop investigation, site investigation, and other studies to characterize the feasibility of project opportunities for wind facilities. Planning, modeling, and other development activities associated with wind projects, often in coordination with other development partners, from project feasibility through handoff to Execution Team. Detailed design, drawing production, estimating, construction methodology, delivery and implementation, and construction management Development and engineering budgets for identified and upcoming projects. Ensures projects stay within budget and escalate possible changes even before these occur. Prepares initial financial models to evaluate the financial viability of projects. Oversees and develops terms of reference for engineering, and design, ensuring that there is a consistent approach with scopes and commercial terms clearly defined so that there is no ambiguity. Ensures project development activities are being carried out in accordance with policies and guidelines established by Renewable BUs including Health, Safety, Environment, and Social policies. Establish and maintain industry and community relationships to advance project development by involvement in local community programs required under law or concession. identifies additional programs (in conjunction with the Stakeholder Relations and Compliance Division), and if approved, manages such additional programs during construction. Coordinates acquisition (or leasing) of necessary land and easements for implementation, post-financial close. Supervises the administration of all contracts related to the Project to ensure each party’s obligations are met.
