- Collaborate with delivery groups to gather and integrate best practices. Contribute to the standardization process and disseminate identified best practices throughout the organization.
- Coordinate the rollout of institutionalized processes, maintaining training records, and ensuring continuous training for new hires or promotions. Stay updated on industry-standard process methodologies.
- Conduct timely audits of project implementations against organizational processes. Assist in the process review to ensure compliance and identify opportunities for process optimization.
- Analyze root causes in delivery problem areas, actively participating in driving process-related improvements. Contribute to initiatives aimed at enhancing overall project delivery efficiency.
- Continuously learn and adapt methodologies to align with evolving industry best practices.s aimed at enhancing overall project delivery efficiency.
- Other job-related activities that may be assigned from time to time.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Education – At least graduate with a Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering or any related course.
- Related Work Experience – At least 1-2 years of working experience in the same role.
- Background in software development and application support.
- Experience in implementing CMMi, ITIL, or ISO standards - Lean Six Sigma.
- Experience data visualization and data analytics.
- Experience in performing a full audit cycle.
- Experience in Document Control Management.
