Cisco WebEx Lead  

• Conduct detailed assessment of current Webex deployment including conferencing, messaging, and voice integrations.

• Map Webex features and policies to Microsoft Teams collaboration and governance standards.

• Provide technical inputs and support for Teams adoption planning, pilot execution, and global rollout.

• Validate Intune device compliance and coordinate VOSS alignment for user provisioning and lifecycle management.

• Identify risks, feature gaps, and operational impacts with mitigation recommendations.

• Strong knowledge of Cisco Webex platform, including conferencing and user experience administration.

• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Teams collaboration services, compliance, and meeting policies.

• Familiarity with Intune for device enrollment, compliance, and policy enforcement.

• Experience handling unified communications change management and user adoption programs.

Primary Skills: Webex to Microsoft Teams Migration Specialist.

Shift Schedule: 2PM to 12AM PHT

Work Set up [Hybrid/WFH/RTO]: Twice-a-week In-Office setup.
