About the role:

YONDU INC.' is seeking a talented Software Engineer (Java) to join our dynamic team. As a Java Software Engineer, you will play a vital role in developing and enhancing our cutting-edge software solutions. This is a full-time position based in Taguig City Metro Manila, with opportunities for growth and development within our fast-paced technology organisation.

What you'll be doing:

Design, develop, and maintain high-quality Java-based applications and systems

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions

Participate in the entire software development lifecycle, including requirements analysis, design, coding, testing, and deployment

Identify and resolve complex technical issues, ensuring the stability and performance of our software products

Implement best practices in software engineering, such as code standards, testing, and version control

Stay up-to-date with the latest Java technologies, frameworks, and industry trends

Mentor and guide junior team members, sharing your knowledge and expertise

Kualifikasi Minimum

What we're looking for:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field

Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in Java software development

Proficient in Java programming language and related technologies (e.g. Spring, Hibernate, Maven, Git)

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically to deliver innovative solutions

Experience in agile software development methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban

Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams

Passion for staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies
