Deskripsi Pekerjaan

General Responsibilities:

The Product Manager is responsible for the PnL of the product/s that he/she handles. The
role sets direction for the product go-to-market with the strategic objective to generate
revenues for the Company.

Duties & Responsibilities:

 Revenue generation - Ensures that the Sales team can effectively sell the product; Helps Sales in crafting proposals/solution offering and close deals.
 Product SME – Acts as the pre-sales support to Sales; Does client presentations with Sales
 Product viability - Maintains the competitiveness and relevance of the product – defines pricing and offering, draws the product roadmap and innovations.
 Operational efficiency - Functionally oversees delivery operations that directly affect
PnL.
 Marketing and lead generation – Positions the product in the market. Generates passive and active leads. Handles telemarketing. Provides sales collateral – product decks and sales materials.
 Expansion of product portfolio – launches new viable products as a new revenue stream for Yondu.
 Partner Management – Manages 3rd party partners – principals and vendors adjacent to the product
 Equips the Sales team through Product Training
 Leads product strategy, GTM

Kualifikasi Minimum

Job Specifications:

 Education – Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Information Technology or equivalent disciplines
 Related Experience – Minimum 3 years of solid experience in Product Management
 Strength on B to B and B to B to C product marketing
 Exposure on IT related product/services
 Skills – Presentation Skills and Microsoft Office

Soft Skills:
 Above average communication skills
 Excellent customer service
 Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
 Able to work independently and in a team environment
