DevOps Engineer  

General Responsibilities:

• The DevOps Engineer is responsible for supporting and collaborating with software developers, system operators, and other IT operations to manage code releases. Supports the designing, planning, and testing of existing networks. Works with various departments to create and develop systems within a company.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and maintain secure, scalable CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure automation.

• Work directly with Scrum Teams to address DevOps-related requests, issues, and process improvements.

• Communicate and roll out new process workflows, architecture diagrams, and tools to Scrum Teams.

• Automate and optimize manual workflows to enhance delivery speed, stability, and consistency.

• Monitor project metrics and suggest improvements to pipelines and system performance.

• Administer and troubleshoot project-specific DevOps tools and environments.

• Collaborate with developers, QA, and platform teams to ensure smooth deployments and releases.

• Perform code and infrastructure reviews and enforce DevOps best practices and standards.

• Mentor junior DevOps engineers and lead by example in collaborative work.

• Assist in capacity planning, system monitoring, and proactive issue resolution.

• Stay current with industry trends and identify relevant improvements to tooling or

  processes.

Job Specifications:

• Education – At least graduate with a Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering or any related course.
• Related Work Experience – At least 3-4+ years of working experience in a similar role.
