- Ensure uninterrupted monitoring, incident response, and proactive threat management across all enterprise IT assets as part of real-time security operations to protect critical systems, sensitive data, and organizational reputation
- Full user management lifecycle (create, modify, suspend, remove, etc.) is executed reliably and based on defined security policies and principles.
- Daily health checks of security tools such as FW, WAF, DLP, PAM, DAM, FIM, email gateway, etc.
- Timely detection, triage, containment, and documentation of security incidents across all monitored environments.
- Effectively collaborates and communicates in cross-functionalities with Security Administrators, System Administrators, SOC engineers, and other stakeholders for security incidents, issues and concerns resolution
- Works with information systems, owners and administrators to understand their security needs and assists with implementing practices and procedures with UBPs security policies
- Standardized end-of-shift documentation detailing open incidents, alerts, tool status, escalations, and observations
Kualifikasi Minimum
- A bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, information systems, computer engineering, or similar.
- At least 3 to 5 years relevant experience as Security Admin Support.
- Working knowledge of front-end and back-end programming languages, such as Java, .NET, ReactJS, JavaScript, Kotlin, Swift, Flutter.
