AEM Developer  

Capability Requirements:
Required Certification: Certified AEM Developer (nice to have)

AEM Expertise:

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience developing on the AEM platform
• Experience with AEM development best practices
• Proven ability to design, develop, and implement custom AEM components
• Experience with AEM integrations preferred (e.g., with other Adobe Experience Cloud products or external systems)

Java Development:

• Minimum 3 years of experience developing Java applications
• Strong proficiency in Java 1.8
• Knowledge and experience in WAS 9, Hibernate

Frameworks:

• Experience with Spring MVC and/or Spring Cloud
• Experience with CXF (preferred)

Database Management:

• Experience with relational databases like MySQL or non-relational databases like MongoDB (required)

Additional Skills:

• Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC): Understanding of the SDLC process
• Object-Oriented Programming (OOP): Strong OOP concepts and design skills
• Front-End Development: Experience with HTML5, CSS3, and familiarity with JavaScript frameworks (preferred)
• Knowledge and experience with Vue.js a plus
• AWS Lambda: Experience with serverless development using AWS Lambda a plus

Education – At least graduate with a Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or any related
degree.
Related Work Experience - At least 3 years of experience in Software Engineering AEM
