○ Config Management: Terraform, Ansible, Helm, Chef, Puppet
○ CI/CD : Jenkins, Teamcity, Gitlab, Bamboo, ArgoC

• Ability to design complex, scalable, and high-performance system architectures tailored to meet business needs for all the demands of the Tribe.
• Strong analytical mindset to identify problems, evaluate alternatives, and recommend the most effective strategy for the Tribe.
• Proficiency in cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Strong background in programming languages (Java, Python, C#) and frameworks for building scalable, maintainable solutions
• Deep knowledge of enterprise integration patterns, service-oriented architecture (SOA), and RESTful services
• Knowledge in designing and implementing microservices-based architectures
• Familiarity with DevOps practices (CI/CD, infrastructure as code, automation tools) to optimize delivery pipelines.
• Strong understanding of relational (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (e.g., MongoDB, Cassandra) databases
• In-depth knowledge of cybersecurity practices, including identity management, encryption, and vulnerability assessments
• Expertise in designing cost-efficient solutions while maximizing performance, scalability, and reliability
• Experienced in guiding cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, agile environment.

• At least graduate with a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or any related course
• With 5-10 years of combined experience in engineering management, system and/or enterprise architecture, programming, and software design
• Architect end-to-end solutions for the squad in the Core Tribe to address the business requirements
• Contributes to the high-level design (HLD) from the architecture blueprint, and creates the low-level design (LLD) using of reusable assets from Centers of Enablement (C4E)
• Serve as the technical authority on projects for the squad, guiding the development team through the defined architecture principles and standards.
• Co-design with cross-functional teams encompassing PEDG to develop a user-centric experience (UI/UX) and a solution that effectively addresses user demands.
• Collaborate with Technical Program Manager and Tech Leads in the delivery of the solution.
• KPIs Successful delivery of all projects of the Tribe within defined scope, cost, and timelines.
• Solution quality having successful deployment and no solution gaps across the demands
• Compliance to architecture and design principles
• Compliance to security and delivery standards and best practices.
