About the role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Automation Engineer to join our dynamic team at YONDU INC.' in Taguig City, Metro Manila. You will play a vital role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our cutting-edge software solutions through the development and implementation of robust automation frameworks.
What you'll be doing
- Design, develop, deploy and maintain automated test suites to improve the efficiency and coverage of our software testing processes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand application requirements and identify optimal test automation strategies
- Implement and maintain best-in-class testing tools, frameworks and infrastructure to support our continuous integration and delivery pipelines
- Continuously research and evaluate new testing technologies and methodologies to drive innovation and improve testing practices
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior members of the testing team
- Analyze test results, identify and troubleshoot complex issues, and propose effective solutions
- Contribute to the development of test strategies, test plans, and other testing-related documentation
Kualifikasi Minimum
What we're looking for
- 5 years of experience in web and mobile testing, with a strong focus on test automation using tools such as Selenium, Appium, Cypress, or similar
- Proficiency in API testing tools and frameworks, performance testing (e.g., JMeter, LoadRunner), and version control tools
- Expertise in programming languages such as Python, Java, or JavaScript, and experience in building reusable test frameworks and libraries
- Familiarity with popular CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, Azure DevOps, CircleCI)
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to quickly identify and resolve complex issues
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Familiarity with Agile software development methodologies and experience in working within cross-functional teams
- Experience leading and mentoring junior members of the testing team
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
