Influencer Marketing Executive  

Note: This role is 100% office based in Cebu City

We're EarthChimp, a profitable 12-year plant-based nutrition brand selling on Amazon US/UK and our own stores. Our small Cebu team works alongside serious AI automation — the systems do the heavy lifting. We need a sharp, resourceful person to run the human side of our influencer and affiliate programme.

What you'll do:

• Run our influencer/affiliate programme day to day: outreach to creators, managing relationships, tracking who's posting and who needs a nudge
• Be the human in the loop on our automated outreach pipelines — review AI-drafted replies, catch the ones that are wrong, handle the messages the systems can't
• Publish our social content: a few posts a week across Instagram and TikTok (US and UK accounts) using our content playbook, plus replying to comments
• Keep watch on our corner of social and report back — a short weekly note on what creators and competitors are doing and what's worth trying
• Occasional customer service cover: when our ops lead is on leave, you answer our customers across email and chat using our tools and playbooks
• Admin that keeps the programme honest: clean lists, accurate trackers, reports on time

Who you are:

• Smart and resourceful — you dig for answers yourself before asking
• Excellent written English with a warm, natural tone
• Fluent in Instagram and TikTok as a user — you get the medium (you don't need to be a professional content creator; we have the formula)
• Extremely detail-oriented — you notice when something's off
• Comfortable using AI tools daily (using, not building)
• Cebu-based and happy working 100% on-site at our office — this is not a remote or hybrid role, no exceptions

What you get: $5.50–7/hr DOE, paid weekly and on time (profitable 12-year business — stability, not startup roulette), 13 paid leave days plus PH holidays, HMO (Maxicare), performance-based 13th month, and modern AI-first tooling.

• Bachelor's degree in any field
• At least 1 year of work experience in one of: influencer or affiliate coordination, social media or marketing coordination, brand partnerships, or customer-facing work for an e-commerce brand
• Excellent written English with a warm, natural tone. You will be writing to creators and customers every day
• Fluent daily user of Instagram and TikTok. You do not need to be a content creator, we have the formula
• Comfortable using AI tools every day (using them, not building them)
• Extremely detail-oriented: clean lists, accurate trackers, reports on time
• Cebu-based and able to work 100% on-site at our office in Cebu Business Park. This is not a remote or hybrid role, no exceptions
• Full-time, single employer. Not open to freelancers with other clients or to agencies
