Key Account Management Officer Post Sales  

Job Overview

The Account Officer is responsible for managing and strengthening relationships with key clients. The role involves understanding client needs, coordinating projects, resolving concerns, and identifying opportunities to grow existing accounts.

Key Responsibilities

1. Client Management

• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Understand client needs and address concerns.
• Assist with product and service implementation.

2. Reporting & Analysis

• Monitor account performance and KPIs.
• Prepare reports and recommend action plans.

3. Sales & Revenue Generation

• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
• Support sales targets and revenue growth.
• Assist with contracts and pricing.

4. Project Management

• Plan and coordinate client projects.
• Monitor project activities, timelines, and deliverables.
• Facilitate workshops and training when needed.

5. Team Collaboration

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure quality client service.
• Support team goals and objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, IT, Business, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in account management, project management, customer support, or business analysis.
• Experience in logistics, fleet management, or supply chain is a plus.
• Knowledge of business process mapping.
• Proficient in Google Workspace (Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Slides).
• Comfortable using web and mobile applications.
• Basic knowledge of data visualization tools such as Looker Studio.
• Strong customer service, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and good at problem-solving.
• Able to work effectively in a fast-paced and demanding environment.
