The B2B Restock Supervisor - IC Fleet Trucks for the Truck team oversees the B2B Restock Truck Pickups, Delivery and Return-to-Shipper (RTS) operations
Main Duties:
- Conduct analysis of the Delivery Trucks operations and demand.
- Evaluate the monthly growth of the truck requirement and satisfy demand.
- Source, Onboard, retain, and keep warm all IC fleet with variable cost. Point person for daily truck lineup of IC fleet. Convert the existing tender fleet into a variable cost IC fleet. Acknowledge and cater to the concerns and disputes of the IC partners.
- Conduct weekly governance meetings with the ICs to address concerns and grow the IC fleet strength.
- Plan IC fleet lineup based on demand. Ensure buffer trucks are available on days with volume surges.
- Propose and assist in cascading newly developed processes for the reservation truck operations.
- Assist in evaluating the operational process for benchmarking.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Must have at least 3 to 5 years of experience as a Logistics/Fleet/Warehouse Supervisor or any similar position
- Proven experience in working cross-functionally - proposing and executing initiatives that require multi-department collaboration
- Experience in managing a small team
- Basic knowledge of various computer programs, including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and other related software programs.
- Prior experience with a start-up and a logistics company is preferred but not required
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Experience in working with senior management
